Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET on business days are shipped the same day. All prices include VAT. Standard shipping for orders under EUR 50 is EUR 4.95.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the goods (or the last item, if you ordered multiple products in one order), without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@kocoa.nl with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions. You may also use the Model Withdrawal Form below.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your order is defective or incorrect, KOCOA will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, the original standard shipping cost will be refunded. If you selected a more expensive shipping option (e.g. express delivery), only the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option will be refunded.
