What is the commission rate?+
You earn 10% on every sale made through your unique referral link or promo code. This applies to the net order value (excluding shipping and taxes).
How long is the cookie window?+
30 days. If a customer clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you earn the commission — even if they close the browser and return later.
When and how do I get paid?+
Payouts are processed monthly, on the 15th of each month for the previous month's confirmed commissions. You can choose bank transfer (IBAN) or Wise.
Is there a minimum payout amount?+
No. We pay out all confirmed commissions regardless of amount. However, your bank may charge fees for small international transfers.
How does tracking work?+
Each partner receives a unique referral link and promo code. When a customer uses either, the sale is attributed to you and visible in your dashboard within minutes.
Which products qualify for commission?+
All products in the KOCOA shop qualify, including new launches. Commission applies to first-time and repeat purchases from your referrals.
Do I need a large following to apply?+
Not necessarily. We value engaged communities over raw follower counts. Micro-influencers and niche content creators are welcome to apply.
