Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET on business days are shipped the same day. All prices include VAT. Standard shipping for orders under EUR 50 is EUR 4.95.
Returns
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@kocoa.nl with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions.
